Daimler - Daimler 104
The Daimler 104 was available from 1956. It used the 3.5 litre engine of the Regency which it replaced, but fitted with a new cylinder head and higher compression ratio to produce an extra 30bhp, at 137bhp. The chassis frame was also strengthened considerably, as well as the brakes improved over the earlier Regency. Later an automatic gearbox became available. Production of the Daimler 104 ended in 1958.
Daimler 104 tyre fitment was originally 6.70x16. The radial equivalent of this is the 185R16 tyre size, and Blockley produces a steel belted high quality 185VR16 tyre - see full details below:
