Daimler - Daimler Conquest
The Daimler Conquest was first produced in 1953, using the overhead valve Lanchester 14 Leda six cylinder engine of 2433cc. In fact the whole car was based on the Lanchester. For 1954 the Daimler Conquest Century was given an alloy cylinder head with larger valves. The 100 horsepower achieved with this modified engine is why the term Century was used. Daimler Conquest production lasted until 1957.
Daimler Conquest original tyre size was cross ply 6.70x15 size, and we can supply the radial equivalent 185VR15 Blockley tyre. This tyre size would also apply to the Daimler Conquest Century.
