Delahaye - Delahaye 148
The Delahaye 148 model used the 3557cc 6 cylinder overhead valve Delahaye engine as used in the well known Delahaye 134M. This engine was used in a longer wheelbase chassis to create the Type 148 , or a lighter version 148L (the L standing for Legere). The Delahaye 148 was listed from 1937 and from 1938 it was listed as the Delahaye 148 Legere. The Delahaye 148 model stayed in production until 1952.
