Ferrari - Ferrari 308 GTS / GTSi

The Ferrari 308 GTS was the Targa topped version of the hard top version introduced in 1977, a couple of years after the launch of the GTB. Otherwise it was the same Dino replacement two seater with a transverse mounted 2.9 litre V8 engine, with bodywork designed by Ferraris favoured designer at Pininfarina, Leonardo Fioravanti. Bodywork was manufactured at Scaglietti with steel, and the engines of these Targa topped cars were all wet sump. The Ferrari 308 GTS stayed in production until 1985.

The Ferrari 308 GTSi was the later fuel injected version of the 308 GTS spider, using the Bosch K- Jectronic electronic system. The 308 GTS had been available since 1977, and later this fuel injected version 308 GTSi was introduced in 1980. Otherwise visually the car looked pretty much like the previous non fuel injected car, other than some differences inside the cockpit. Production of the Ferrari 308 GTSi continued until 1983.

Original tyre size for the Ferrari 308 GTS and Ferrari 308 GTSi was 205/70VR14, which Blockley produces - see full details of this tyre at the link below.
