Ferrari - Ferrari 365 BB
The Ferrari 365 Berlinetta Boxer was available from 1973, as a replacement for the pairing of 365 Daytona and GTC/4. It's correct designation was the 365 GT/4 BB. This was the first production Ferrari to have a flat 12 engine with a longitudinally placed mid engine. Although rear engines had been tried on a smaller scale with the Dino, the V12 road cars were always had front engines and rear wheel drive. Bodywork was by Pininfarina, based on a prototype they had shown in 1971. Production of the Ferrari 365 BB went to 1976.
