Ford - Ford Taunus TC
The Ford Taunus name had first been used by Ford of Germany in 1939. For 1970 the new Taunus Cortina (hence TC) became available which remained in production to 1975. The TC was the same as the Cortina Mk3 built for the UK market, in 2 and 4 door versions, but of course having left hand drive. And just as the Cortina was changed and updated so was the European Ford Taunus, with the Taunus TC2 (1976 to 1979) as per the Cortina Mk4 and the TC3 which was built to 1982.
