Honda - Honda Z
The Honda Z was a Kei car (City car) made from late 1970, with coil springs at the front and leaf springs at the rear. For Japanese home consumption in order to fall into the Kei car category, it started life with the Honda air cooled 2 cylinder engine of 354cc capacity . In Europe these Honda Z's were quoted with 356cc, and marketed as the 31bhp Honda Z standard Coupe, the Z De Luxe coupe and the Z Automatic Coupe. Then the more powerful 36bhp Honda Z TS Coupe, Z GT Coupe, Z GL Coupe and finally the Honda Z GTL Coupe. For the USA market the Honda Z had the largest capacity 599cc engine and was called the Honda Z600. The Honda Z was produced until 1974.
