Peugeot - Peugeot 173S
The Peugeot 173 was made from 1922 and was the upgraded model replacing the 163, now with a 68x105mm 1525cc overhead valve engine, still in the 10CV tax bracket and producing nearly 30hp. The engine was mated to a 4 speed gearbox, and the Peugeot 173 had 4 wheel brakes as standard, and it's longer 2.64 metre wheelbase allowed for 4 seat bodywork in comfort for 4 grown ups! Production continued to 1925.
