Reliant - Reliant Regal 3/25 & 3/30
The three wheeler Relaint Regal was first available from 1953, and was improved over the years with a different windscreen (1954) with the all fibreglass body coming on the Mk3 in 1956 - a very early use of this material. By 1962 Reliant had built it's own overhead valve engine and from this time the Regal 3/25 had Reliants 600cc engine, to be replaced in 1969 with the Regal 3/30 with the same engine increased in capacity to 700cc. Also marketed was the Regal 21E and the larger engined Regal 21E 700, which were fitted with the optional 21 "extras" that could be ordered as standard. Production of the Reliant Regal went to 1973 when it was replaced by the Robin.
